|  | | | I live about 5 minutes from this location that's on Wentworth St. in Hamilton. In total, I think I made 3 visits during late March 2013: 2 at night and 1 during the day time.
The house is a great example of Hamilton's older style houses that often accommodated the rich back in the 1910's and 1920's.
At the time of my visits, the house was under renos - although it seemed to have been a while since anyone had been in there working. The house had been gutted, leaving only the original wood stud work of the walls, floors and ceilings.

I think you're on the wrong website.
Anyway, nice shots. I've been looking at that house for years but never really gave much effort towards getting into it. Looks like most of it's charm is on the outside anyway.

The building next door was also gutted and being reno'd. I'll pop up some photos of that as well.

Thanks and quite true. I should have left out the exact street address and GPS co-ords...and not even mentioned what city it is located in.
Pray tell, what is "a little [too] much info" in this case?

Usually as a rule of thumb we don't post GPS Coordinates or Street Addresses.
Map screenshots are give and take. Some people post them if the location isn't at risk, and some people don't.

You're right, but I think that may only apply to inhabited residential properties. I could be wrong, but I don't believe the prowler laws apply to abandoned or derelict structures, even in active communities. Again...I might be wrong, but if the only deciding factor is proximity to the closest "home", then where would they draw the line? 50ft? 500ft? 5km?
I could be wrong, and it's good advice regardless....nobody want's to become a registered sex offender over some abandoned house
