|  | | | Hi all! I'm kinda new to DSLR's and UE, but I love abandoned places. I have a local and long term buddy that goes out and about with me and it's really cool to further my photography skills, geek out with my buddy at cool stuff, and enjoy a nice day. I want to meet up with anyone I can and keep exploring! Here are some measly submissions from places that are pretty close to me. not sure on rules except don't give any locations or names. Can I say Virginia? I'm sure they are some well known places by now. Don't worry I don't post under "Speedyfoto" anywhere online, just picked a simple watermark for my shots.
I try to mix it up. Comments welcome, good or bad.

| | | | I don't think we got any ticks so far in there. we went to that a month ago and now we know the trails that lead to it.....much easier that using the storm drain route lol...although there is some good art down there too.

yeah from the front there's no way.....drive around the back on that decaying concrete road and follow it to the boiler room area. go around the left to the loading dock and the doors are wide open (last pic). this was my first UE and I was pretty scared i was going to jail LOL. we were in there for about 45min after we did some snooping around outside. It's a school so it is bright in the gym's but pretty dark in the other rooms. I was able to grab these shots with no tripod, just using walls to stabilize.
I use lightroom's lense corrections so I don't get too much fish-eye from the kit lens. I'm not that good but I try

the papermill's main gate was WIDE open...we got lucky . The Gas company, I'm surprised we didn't get any there, but that was a lil while ago.
I need to find another place. I'm itching for more locations.
