I'd like to know what the first one is. Looks really neat.

After looking at the first one for a minute, I realized where it is. I remember seeing it was for sale and thinking it'd be sweet to live there, if it wasn't practically falling down.
2nd one I've been wanting to check out for awhile, it's quite nearby.

Let's go! PM me and we'll get something going.

Guys,
The first one has been closed down for a long time and it is for sale, which I don't understand why! It's rather tight but not impossible, I scouted the entire building and drew my conclusion from that. Needs a little muscle maybe? ;) The second is obviously a go and is attached to other buildings, one being a burned down nightclub. From looking in the windows however it doesn't seem all that interesting. PoiToi, I will message you. There is also one more spot from my journey that you might be interested in. Considering the area, my friend and I were not about to go in at night with no gear.

I actually go by that first one almost every day, I don't know anything about it but I've always been tempted to check it out.

I'd certainly love to know the locations, I don't recognize either one at first glance. I'd prefer a daytime operation though myself.

I have yet to enter, I do have some contact information which would make things easier on the first location. It's very secure. :/
