After popping all those lids, surely you must have some ideas about what they should look like. What would you like to see?

"Ironclad Art is your opportunity to showcase your creative contribution to Vancouver and have your artwork immortalized in iron on city streets for up to 100 years."
Details: http://vancouver.c...ign-challenge.aspx

Hurry, contest closes April 15.

If anyone is following this contest, the over 1000+ entries are now up and you can go rate them: http://www.ironcladart.ca/gallery.php

Entries will also be exhibited at the Interurban Gallery, 1 E Hastings (at Carrall), from 1-5 pm daily, starting May 28. Details: http://www.ironcla...ion/exhibition.php

Did anyone else here submit a design? There are some pretty cool entries, lots of school children's entries, and some really hilarious ones. Also the expected bunch of salmon, pattern-y motif weirdness, and references to the defunct penny.
