'nother hospital, too.

I had kinda high hopes for this place. It's a 1920s era hospital that's been boarded up and fenced off for years. Not too long ago, the boards came down, and the fence... well, the fence was easy. But the inside was pretty disappointing. All the walls that once separated the rooms and hallways were gone, leaving just a big empty shell. About the only really cool thing was the creepy elevator, but I never got a shot of that that I was really happy with.

I'm pretty sure that a long-planned redevelopment is about to start, as I recently saw the local electric company out there, and I'm assuming they were hooking the power back up.

Yep, got into both the attic and the basement. All the basement had going for it was the bottom of the elevator shaft and some rooms full of mud. All the attic had was the top of the elevator shaft (which was pretty cool) and bare rafters--no floor up there except for a slim walkway to the elevator.

It used to be more interesting looking, before they ripped the adjacent structures down.

Really sad that the whole place looks basically gutted. What a shame, think of how it could have been before.

Yeah, I remember when those additions were torn down. That was like six or seven years ago, wasn't it?
