I've found the best time to visit is before sunrise Sunday morning. It's the south. Either people are hung over from Sat. night or they're going to church. I find no matter what city I'm in, it's when the least trouble happens, so it's the time of least security and/or police patrols.

We went yesterday, 5/4 and will post pics tonight. I loved this place but it's so vandalized and gutted that there's little to look at.
It's hard to believe that those records are still there as they contain some very sensitive data.

Despite its looks, this is still an active site. Much of what's behind the fence is still in use.
