Abandoned Inchkeith Island < on 10/15/2012 7:27 PM >
So we got a boat out to Inchkeith Island recently and made a video. I've been dying to look around here for ages with all the old WW2 buildings and tunnels.

Thanks, the island has nobody staying on it with all the buildings apart from the lighthouse being abandoned. The lighthouse is regularly fuelled every couple of weeks, it's a fascinating place though we still never seen everything in it. http://www.faceboo.../abandonedscotland http://www.youtube.com/abandonedscotland

Posted by UrbexNY Excellent video. What kind of tunnels and bunkers?
There's various tunnels all over the island, usually leading down to cellars or from the gun emplacements down to where an ammo store was so they could be reloaded etc... We never got to even see the entire island in the time we were there, it was definitely worth a visit though. http://www.faceboo.../abandonedscotland http://www.youtube.com/abandonedscotland
