It's beat to crap, but there's still a decent amount to explore, and it's in my favorite area of New England. I'm digging these shots. Some interesting and new perspectives here. Most people hate on it because it's generally easier to get into than your own house. It's also fairly trashed and graffitied up, but not nearly as bad as some other locations, like Seaside for example. The majority of the buildings are also boarded top to bottom, which makes shooting with natural light mostly impossible. But it still has some things left, and for something that requires zero effort to get into, is definitely worth the trip at least once. I kinda like it, it was probably the third or fourth place I'd ever been. I just don't like that you have to drive massively into the mountains for...well, that. And nothing else.
