These were taken a few years ago in Finland in a hospital (with permission to enter) well after hours. Sadly, my camera failed, and these are the only photos hinting at the many hours I spent exploring the large network of tunnels underlying the hospital (taken by a friend disinterested in UE). I believe the larger, better-lit tunnels are used by hospital personal during the day (evidenced by the scattering of old bikes piled near numerous exits), but I encountered no one. 1) entering the hospital 2) entering the basement 3) leaving well-traveled areas 4) maze of dark tunnels ahead If anyone has photos of the deeper regions (or strange rooms and equipment) of this basement, I'd love to see them.
