Alright, I'm going to shelve the snark and school for a hot second.

You came asking for feedback? You got it. Don't dismiss it, just because you don't like it. The internet tells me that you're a glutton for attention and like smashing things, and guess what? The "biggest site about urban exploration" comes with an ethics saying Don't Do That. Weren't aware? You like internet speak apparently, so lurk moar. You'd know.

Want to ask about specifics? How to avoid guards? It eventually came out you got guard attention by being a diptard. Releasing fire extinguishers? Of course you're going to get caught, and you deserve to. You're young enough to learn from that. So, learn.

Also, let's check on health and safety for a hot second. I know nothing of the places you explore (I'm going to guess despite that badass barbed wire they're not wicked hard) but let's check those chemicals you and your juvenile delinquent selves just released into the air. Not only are you preventing proper usage during the case of a fire but I'm willing to guess those were dry chemical extinguishers, very likely BC. Guess how they work? They're filled with dry chems (sodium or potassium bicarbonate) that smother oxygen. Oxygen drives a fire. Oxygen also allows us to breathe. It may be a whole bucket of funny to blast your buddy in the face but not only are you vandalizing property and using up potentially precious material, you're ensuring that guard, or your friends, suddenly have a lungful of substance that won't make breathing so easy. Get it?

Don't get defensive because "everyone does it." I get you're all of 15 and eager to get internet accolades, but we could not give less of a fuck. Smashing things happens, sure, but it has no place here. Yes, you'll get ripped to pieces for it. Don't defend yourself with "BUT THEY WERE DOING IT TOO" because no only aren't we your parent, if you're legitimately coming here for advice, being petulant is not going to win you friends.

In short, you're young, you're new, you maybe want some direction, I get it. This is a good place for it.

This is also the internet.

So thicken your skin, understand vandalism and petty teenager behaviour isn't much tolerated, and ruins locations for everyone else, clamps down security, is bad for your health, and no one here will find your stories or videos of smashing things neat.

So slow your roll, relax and stop being a right bitch when people reply, and we may give you a chance.

Goddamn.

Get down, girl, go 'head, get down.

You can go back to the place as long as you're careful. I'd wait a month if not more, but in the end you'll never know the guards schedule and his chances of recognizing you are 50/50. It'll be more of a risk from now on, but probably worth it.

As for the fire extinguishers: Next time stay away. Just because there are charger fire extinguishers doesn't mean you're obligated to do stupid shit with them. Obviously, you can't control your friends, but as others have said: if they start doing stupid shit it's time to gtfo. You're lucky the guard simply kicked you out.

I've never run into a guard before, but if I did I'd use the excuse others have mentioned. Be honest, to an extent. Tell them you just wanted a few cool photos (make sure you have a camera handy if you're going to use this one) and leave it at that. Hopefully they'll let you go easy, but next time I'd be more watchful. Before moving to any new point in this site I'd check for any unwanted company and then move on.

Don't give up on this site, but from here on out you'll have to be twice as cautious.
