the estimated cost to demolish that building is $361,750, so double that. I haven't really followed the re-use plans but i'm waiting for Avalon to come along and "save it" and name it after the movie because you know how they do.

| | | | I couldn't really think of any better way to crop it. Most of these are iso6400 so I couldn't go in very tight, and I didn't like it in 3:2 as it was shot. The 1:1 at the very least let me get the line of light where I wanted it, although looking at it again I definitely shouldn't have put the floor line in the middle. Maybe I'll mess with it some more.
Edit: Actually just checked and that one's only iso1600, I'll definitely play with it some more.
