Wow, I need to get back to France asap.

It was in September, we saw their silhouettes fade away, outlined on the horizon against the rays of the setting sun.

Picks up jaw and looks for something to wipe up the spilled beer - wait, the dog got it....HOLY FREAKING WOW. THIS is the most amazing set of photos I have ever seen of any abandonment - these things are still armed and unguarded??? totally, totally mid blowing! I'd be s**ting myself the whole time. I dont like black, unmoving sea water either. It freaks me out

not to be a grammar purist or anything, but it's actually first person narrative - not third person......lol

Secondly, HOLY F*CKING SH*T BALLS.......amazing photos. I don't think i've EVER seen such awesome starry night shots in a graveyard of ships....really cool work you've done.

Thanks for sharing...and making us all jealous!

The starry night shots are especially enchanting.
There is also a ship near Boston that is "open to the public" and actually worth exploring because of the large labyrinthine hold.
