Anyway...
This factory opened in 1953 and closed in 2009, it has remained empty ever since, unwillingly opening it's doors to Urban Explorers. At it's highest peak the factory had over 170 employees. Towards the end of its career it was down to just over 100.
Now though, it provides a dark and dirty place to get your industrial fix for photography and exploration. The rafters are littered with pigeons and their babies, they make a great deal of noise - and poop! I spent a good hour plus navigating the maze of rooms and obstacles and taking in all the dirty goodness...all the while hearing the well known crusty old man and his red truck working away in his shop right next door.
I am one of many to visit this location, so these are nothing new - but I hope you enjoy them!

Awesome set! Beautiful diversity of colours!! My 10-year old son is hanging over my shoulder checking out your pics and he said, "Rock and Roll Freak? He actually signed in?" Ha ha. The oil pools are particularly nice shots, especially the last one with the blue colour behind it. I have to get to more industrial settings! I find that all of my galleries are predominantly grey, green, and brown.

I would love to check this place out. It seems like it's really close to being demolished.
2, 17, & 18 are my favourites. I'm really diggin' the colours - they're not too saturdated, but certainly more vivid than what I see in a lot of the locations I visit.
