| | | | I'm not sure what metal ladder you're talking about. Do you mean in the basement of the lower set of silos? If that ladder's on the ground it's because someone wanted to hide the new way up.
And yeah, the new guys are living behind the locked doors in the tower stairwell and on the lofted space above it.

I tried getting up a new way and actually only made it to the bottom of the silos. Are you talking about the method that is visible from i55? If so, yikes! I just want to know if i should keep looking.
