thanks for watching...its pretty much unwatchable due to fast camera movements. in the edited version i tried to cut most of that out.
def a lot of power running through there but as you can see, the turbines were gone. i was told by someone at TECO that those controls you see in the video and in the photos (search hookers point), controlled a very large section of tampas power. who knows how accurate that statement was.
