|  | | | I had a feeling people might have been living inside, but when I got in I understood why no one was. The retirement home has been empty since 06-08, unfortunate for a building built in 1985. Well, not unfortunate for me.
1. Doesn't look like it is rough shape.
2. Could use some fresh paint.
3. Boarded up tight.
4. Clear skies.
5. Forgot my ladder.
6. They really don't want anyone in.
7. Why didn't I look inside?
8. Waterfront = mildew.
9. Steel doors screwed into the door frame.
10. Lights out.
11. Ohh hi there!
12. Sleepy head.
13. The smell...whoa.
Respirator acquired, mold will not stop me next time.
