a new attorney from south florida has convinced the elderly owner to sign over everything for the most part. there is no formal caretaker at the moment, the lawns havent been cut in 2 years, several break-ins have occurred and the local chief of police has taken a special interest in the property due to all of the activity with looky-loos.
