Brach's shot on a potato

Please excuse the fact that I shot this on an iPhone, great explore with Stormy and boots. Really isn't that much left after all the scrapping, but it's still a great view from the top!

Wow, that place has really gone downhill in the last 1-2 years.

IIRC, the place was mostly stripped clean when Brach's pulled out years ago. The graffiti here has been crazy in the last couple of years, though.

Yeah, there were a couple of scrapper when we were there. Not really sure what's left, but it seemed like they started to take the stairs at some point.

Apparently the stairs were the owners' doing... I guess to try and stop the scrapping, etc. Obviously that doesn't work, and there are still two intact staircases to the roof (one in the middle of each tall building).

Yeah, there were only a few gone per set we saw, Stormy said some kids might have broken them.

GLaDOS takes surprisingly decent pictures.

Oh good, my slow clap processor made it into this thing.

Say what? Of all the dozen+ times I've been there, I've never found an intact staircase past level 7 in the east tower. We climb the stringers. Guess I'll have to look better next time!

I could be wrong, then... the first time I went I found an intact staircase in the middle of the east tower but because of time we didn't go all the way up. Second time we went straight for the roof and ended up in the west tower. Unless something's changed in the last year that staircase should be fine. I just assumed the center stairwells were left unmolested.

That's true. The East tower has nothing past level seven or eight. However, the rails step-holders are in decent enough shape if you're up to the task of climbing up them.
