For those interested, which date works best for you?
For those of you coming from outside of Ottawa, are you planning to arrive the day of the meet or the day/night before? Answering this would help me know if we should have a meet during the morning or afternoon.

Also, knowing when those travelling from, say, TO would be arriving is a great idea. With the correctional facility en route for them coming in, we could actually make that one of the first explorations so we don't have them wasting gas back-tracking. We could co-ordinate those from Ottawa that want to go down to explore it, and there is Tim's not all that far away as a meeting point before or after.

As far as giving anyone guidance on where exactly to go, that's another story. I have not been doing much scouting lately, but there probably are places. Merrickville is a good place to start, and I think many people already know how to get in that place.
In a few months a big location west of Merrickville should open up.
