So, we had a very successful meet and greet this weekend. Astro, Cajun, and I were in attendance, and had some good times.

On the way home, Astro and I found this little gem of a place... It's a huge place, and we only got through one of the buildings in the complex before we had a case of hobo interupptus and decided to call it a night.

1. Birds eye view. The spot encompasses everything circled in red, and the little building in green in the only one we went through, but there is a LOT to see in there, we spent a good hour and a half in that one little building alone. The blue arrow is where we ran into a little bum.

2. The main hallway.

3. No way out

4. An office. It looks like the place was pretty well appointed at one point. It got hit HARD by scrappers.

5. EVERYTHING that was metal and scrappable was gone.

6. Lots, and lots of really nice wood furniture in all the rooms. Calander said 2009.

7. Wall safe! But it was locked...

8. The main office. This couch was fun.

9. Cpt. Slow

10. Cpt. Slow and Astro

11. Whoever scrapped the place REALLY hated the company that closed down...

12. Interestingly, there were scraps of torn up photos all over EVERYTHING

13. Well, the rule is, leave only footprints, take only photographs, TECHNICALLY we did only take photographs... HAH. Yeah we collected all the scraps and decided to piece them back together.

14. Amazingly, we actually found and pieced together every piece from every photo!

15. They were all pictures of landmarks around Ft. Worth being built, such as Baylor Hospital, here.

16. Or I-45, here.

That's about it. Deuces! Oh, and I'll just leave this here.

When I say I'm 'clean and sober', it means I've showered and I'm headed to the liquor store.

"Have you been half asleep and have you heard voices? I've heard them calling my name. Is this the sweet sound that called the young sailors. The voice might be one and the same. I've heard it too many times to ignore it. It's something that I'm supposed to be." http://www.flickr....orers/collections/
