Fucking DO IT!

And Sam is 100% right! They are such a oddity that eventually you will see em bring more than double what you are paying for it

But actually yeah, it is a rare thing these days. Post pics. I love the Caddy Cims.

not so much year as where it was made i think was the decider in that one.
My mom's Canadian-built 83 Celebrity had a standard crank scissor jack. My American-built 83 Celebrity had a bumper/scissor jack combo...

the thing i was considering, it has the same rear as the first gen cavalier, so if i stockpile the seats, front bumper, taillights and steering wheel i could turn a cavalier into one one day lol

depending on what year the Cimarron is, they were more or less a gussied up four-door Z24 Cavalier. If you could FIND a 1st Generation Cavalier/Sunbird/Firenza/Skyhawk, you could clone it, but good luck finding a 1st Gen J-body.

remember the skyhawk and sunbird had a completely different rear than the cimarron and cavalier, they had the narrow rear lights the cavalier and cimarron had the big lights.

me too, ive even forgotten what the firenza back end looked like. i know the hood from a skyhawk would fit a sunbird, but the center section was sunk on a sunbird and raised on a skyhawk

there is a clean drop top sunbird GT(looks like an 87) in a field near here, thats a car id love too!
