Hey! Explorer from Northern California! Not really new to exploring but new to this website. I hope to meet up with some of you guys and explore some cool spots around California! I've mostly explored abandoned houses and medium sized buildings. Hoping to one day be able to explore huge things and sewers/drains

Howdy all, 20 something from Massachusetts here. I never really knew so many people were interested in exploring abandoned buildings and admiring decay. I kind of thought I was alone in that interest for a while, especially considering it's something I've thought about since I was a young kid. I remember going into an old farmhouse slated for demolition with my sister and some friends back in my preteen years, but that was more or less the extent of my urbex experience until recently. I've found this community, and many other urbex resources online, and I'm inspired to get out there and explore all the things I wished I could find when I was younger. Now that I have the resources and knowledge to explore these forgotten places, you better believe I'll be making up for lost time. I look forward to meeting any of you guys for future jaunts; I'm very seriously eying that full membership. Expect to see me in the chat room a lot, I hope to talk to many of you soon

i'm 23, living in pennsylvania. got into ue as a teenager, but i took a few years off between then and now, and so my experience isn't as much as it could be. i recently got back into things, but i tend to explore at night, meaning that photography is often difficult if it is even an option. i have an old account from years and years back, but i can't recover it, and so i started this one. i wasn't ever an active contributor, though, so nobody would remember me.

Hey guys, I'm an 18 year old male explorer from Massachusetts. I never really meant to get in to urban exploration, but when the middle school in my town was being demolished, I was talked into exploring the site. Since then I have gone exploring various demo sites and structures, getting more progressively sucked into the world of UE. I joined this forum with the hope of getting more connected to UE and explore some more serious sites.

Hello UER, I'm an amateur photographer from the Lower Mainland in BC. I've always liked abandoned buildings but never really persued UE with any consistency until I recently discovered an abandoned shipyard. Now I can't seem to stop scouting for locations on google earth!

I'm i___, I'm located in the South Bay Area of California and I'm excited to start exploring more of the abandoned places around here. I'm in the East Bay pretty often and in SF on occasion. I take a good amount of pictures and I think they're pretty decent, hopefully you'll see some of them soon.

Hey everyone, Name's Kevin. 34 year old based out of NYC. I have an art gallery located in Soho, Manhattan and have been shooting for quite a few years. I've been focusing on urbex photography for the better half of a year now and have quite a bit of locations under my belt at this point. I'll be posting in the forums and trying to stay active here as I see there is a ton of useful information provided by this site.

Some good 'ol utility tunnels. They belong to a school or city? Either way, I think you will enjoy exploring Cinci, lots of old stuff there.

Long-time explorer/photographer from Indianapolis, Indiana. I've slowed my activity recently after having a child (consequences and danger are a bit more of a concern when you have someone else depending on you). I'll be making a large number of posts in the near future with tons of pictures from my past adventures, as well as new discoveries.

Hi everyone, I'm just getting into the site, but I've been exploring for the past couple of months. being in the DC area, I'm more from the infiltration side of things than the ruins, and have been to a series of construction sites, tunnels, rooftops, plus a few abandonments. I'm hoping to meet some other people in the area to explore new spots with. Cheers

I just had the pleasure of checking out most of these places! Were some fantastic times. That school was pretty rad, and driving into that drain was an awesome experience, for sure. You'll find Cincy has some great stuff, as well. Hit up the locals, if you're looking to connect! They're good people.

Hi i am fairly new here. Been around for a few months now. I am from victoria, BC. This website is amazing in so many ways. So many great stories, photos and cool places to check out. It has become an addiction in so many ways. Especially the victoria underground. It is almost all i think about these days. If anyone in the area would like to meet for coffee or go explore feel free to send me a message.

Welcome to UER! I'm pretty new as well. I also find it amazing that there are SO many people with the same bizarre addiction. I love it!
