Congratulations, this post has been denoted as a shock link on another site.

I really should not have looked at this right after dinner.

What amazes me is that if he has been there over a year and half of the house seems to have vanished then why has this not been consumed by SOMETHING. Even in the dead of winder, where ever this is, something should have been around to eat it. Especially when the spring hit and such.

This whole thing is odd. He is well preserved though.

We think the person who originally posted the images mixed up their house pictures. But you do bring up a good point: woodland animals usually get into locations a LOT faster than people do.

Just because the house picture doesn't match up with everything else, doesn't mean the body is fake.

I've found bodies but never in an abandonment. There was a rotting hobo in High Park.... Oh and the frozen hobo in our back door.

I thought I found a body in an abandoned house once, the only thing I could get out was "oh fuck."

It was a jacket, some pants and an sinside out fur hat lying on the floor... the inside out hat looked a lot like skin with patchy spots of hair falling off when my flashlight lit it up... had a good laugh after that, but it was not a nice feeling when it happened.

I don't think they "broke in" - look at the first picture of the house, half of it is missing!

There is also a Posted sing on the second floor wall, could have been a Condemned notice, or an Eviction notice. Either way, from the looks of it, I'll guess when they find out what happened to the house, they find out what happened to him.The Lighter and pack of smokes sitting on the table beside him say he was in a very natural state when he died, so likely both happened together.
Without being there, and not being a professional in this, that is what this looks like to me.

That is SO WRONG!!!

You wouldn't keep something like that... something that a human being died in... something that is so infamous!!!

You'd sell it on eBay.

My dad said in 1984 a guy in his town had a brand new corvette. He drove to the mt's and killed himself. He was in there for three weeks in the hot sun before they found him. His family tried to sell the corvette for many years after replacing the whole interior. The smell of the car would not go away. My dad said in 1987 they crushed the car. Three year old corvette...
