Love that old tractor Siper.
I've got to get off my lazy ass I figure out HDR some time soon. I was in a place today that would turn out amazing with a little HDR but as usual I was trying to figure out the settings on my camera while on location which never works out for me.

I'm usually not a fan of fisheye.
Probably 98% of the time I really don't care for fisheye.
But I really like that picture, nicely done.

I've learned a ton about my camera on Youtube. It really helps to have explanations in video. Do a search on there using your camera model.
For in-camera settings while on site, all you really need to do is set to auto-bracketing. I usually set it to the widest possible range. You then use your remote and shoot three photos. For stuff with water, clouds or other normally moving stuff, I usually space out the exposures over several seconds or more which will add more blur. Pretty simple once you've located the setting.
The really hard work is in post, trying not to turn it into clown vomit.

I have a feeling I need to have wider bracketing like you suggested and then I need to practice more.

After that, you can set a preset, load up the next pic series, run the preset and make minor tweaks from there. I spent a lot of time jamming sliders back and forth in large swings to see what the results of each were on the final result. It really helps with absorbing what each one's function is.

This. This is exactly my workflow. Except that I also run my shots through Nik Color Efex and OnOne Perfect Effects for some more minor adjustments/cross processing.
