I'll be taking a motorbike trip along Mulholland hwy today, it runs above Pacific Coast hwy in Malibu. We'll hit the RockStore at 7:ooam, have breakfast, then off again. I'll be looking for abandoned cars, houses, farms, mines, and whatever else I can find............

Pics to follow, I hope. 1.

Um, a year and a half ago?

Is there still a heavy cable across the road on the way in there? lol.

Took about 60 photos today, nothing abandoned. But plenty of ammo for this here thread...........I'll post something tomorrow.

Rode 150 miles, half of it @28 degrees. Mind numbing cold at 50 and 60 mph. The later half after the sun rose was 58 to 60 degrees, but at 70 and 80 mph that gets chilly after awhile.

All in all a great 5 hour ride, two lane twisties most of the way.

I left out the dog missing its head. And other choice victuals.

As for the cable... I'm not going there. It was rendered unuseable in a most unusual manner, or so I hear. =)

Nicely done. Very natural looking.

28 degrees, 5 hours, 150 miles. I did find a bunch of old tractors. It was so cold I could barely operate the phone cam, till things warmed up a bit.
