just get it pierced! not saying it won't hurt, but i'd assume from tattoo and piercing experience myself it'll hurt way less than tattooing it. plus it's not permanent, and it makes sex so much better. get a ladder or a box.

piercings hurt more and they are harder to take care of. I'm cheering you on!Get a Star or something that is symmetrical so it doesnt matter hard or soft.

I went out with a guy years ago that had a pitchfork tattooed there. He also had a touch of the crazy though,I didn't ask about the logistics of it.

I once dated a guy with a prince albert that was so large he could stick his finger through the hole. Not only was it a turn off, but when he took it out he had to sit to piss like a girl because it went everywhere. I'm all for body mods (tats, piercings) just don't go insane with it. How about the guy with the dragon tattoo on his dick, balls and all? That had to hurt.

actually, penis piercings are permanent. the tissue of the penis does not heal against itself. so, if you get a PA, the hole will always be there. this is quite a problem if it gets ripped out because then you will always have a bifurcated penis head. just a heads up
