I've got an awesome brand new job. The office of this fabulous new job is located in close proximity the pit of death building. From the activity I notice around it 24/7, I would now personally recommended NOT exploring the P.O.D. building at all anymore. The abandoned era for this building has surely ended.

that's kind of what I suspected

There is work being done in a new section of the POD building, and it's likely owned by Emterra.

That was a quote from a show I was watching on TV. I apologies for any discomfort I have caused you by making you read that. I also have respected your "fuck off" and have removed your number and name from my phone. On another note, I feel like I'm part of the problem with people from Winnipeg so I will rarely post in here anymore. Better that way I think, for everyone around. If anybody else doesn't wish for me to text them, just send me a quick PM and I'll be glad to remove you from my phone list. Now time to follow other threads. All the best to you guys!

Interesting! This is one of the first buildings I ever explored, and I've always wondered what it's fate would be.

Is it still explorable? Saw it a few days ago and it looked amazing from the outside

it was certainly explorable not long ago, but I haven't been by lately. Is the real estate sign still on the front door? if not, they might've started development already

The real estate sign is still on there, so I don't think anything has happened to it just yet. I did see some openings into the building, would be great to check it out.

Hi I'm new to UER, My friend and I are relatively new to UE but we've explored a few places. I'm not sure if this is even the appropriate place to post a question like this. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in exploring with us? or if there are any get together type things in the city? The most recent place we have explored is the ruins of an old factory from the 40's near my house where we found some tunnels

Those'll be kilcona ruins (if that's the picture you attached in the next post). Abandoned-building wise, pretty much all the explorable places we had have been demolished or repurposed and are active again. There are a few that you can still check out parts of, but there is risk involved. Aside from that, we have a few tower cranes up in the city right now, and there are a few drains that are more than just a few feet wide. Depending whether you're into the thrill of exploring, or just looking for an easy abandoned place to go chill, there are a few things around town to check out. Feel free to shoot me a message.

The mitchell-copp building as it stands today during the condo construction don't rip me apart you guys are intimidating ;)
you can't arrest me, I'm a rockstar |

I didn't realize they kept that much of the original building. Kicking myself for not sneaking in while it was still standing...
