my guess is that chisick will buy the lot and expand. I've noticed that they're now advertising around town, probably looking to get their name out and grow a bit

Ahh very true, just kind of seems like a big expense for a scrap yard. I would have just taken the roof off and dumped scrap inside rather then worry about an environmental cleanup haha. In other news I went to Rogers Sugar the other day. Pretty easy to get into, security has relaxed quite a bit. When I went there was only one car doing checks every 45 minutes or so, and nobody in the well lit small free standing garage towards the back north corner near the new office developments. I would still exercise extreme caution just in case they changed there patterns, you never can be too safe especially with how heat Roger's has been. Not too mention the new building on the north side where the concrete company's main office is has cameras along the roof line watching Roger's factory. As well, the old office that's built into the factory on the south end is alarmed, both doors and motion. I started by walking up the long conveyor, then from there explored the roof tops. The first roof top (on top the south side office) was quite a nice veiw, but I felt the need to climb higher. So I climbed up to the top of the grain tower, seemed a little sketchy but it was such a cool feeling being higher then the huge retail sign a block away. From there I climbed down and went to the other roof top where I found an entrance into the second level of the factory. Inside the factory they have fixed all the hazards, repaired the cat walk, and fenced off the sketchy areas on the ground floor. It was my first exploration of Roger's and I wasn't dissapointed. Partially due to the risk involved, but its also a building I drive by every day and thought I would never get to see what everyone was talking about.

I'm trying to figure out who I was exploring with that night. It was a bunch of newbies but I wanna get in touch with them again. Which one of you were exploring with me during the whole, "HEY!!!" incident at Silver Height Collegiate? P.M. when you read this. Thanks!

Did we throw rocks at you and try scaring you into leaving? That was me. Actually that would make a lot of sense. Did you end up chatting with a dude for a bit about exploring then parting ways? I remember there were at least two dudes, and a chick.

I've got an awesome brand new job. The office of this fabulous new job is located in close proximity the pit of death building. From the activity I notice around it 24/7, I would now personally recommended NOT exploring the P.O.D. building at all anymore. The abandoned era for this building has surely ended.
