I built myself a little cave to hide in. I made some stairs inside. Then, I added a door. Then I built a glass wall, and excavated the other side so I'd have some nice lake views. And I built a bed.

I just spent 20 minutes harvesting 5 logs because of the lag D:

I restarted the server software, and all the lag and glitches went away! 
Might need to just do that periodically - it only takes a few seconds.
