Nice shots, but I don't like what she did with her hair.

Yea, i'm not a huge fan either, but she's in transition to get back to her natural blonde, so shaving most of it off is the first step I guess. She's alos a Metalhead at heart, so this look kinda suits that part of her. I'll be delighted when she's a natural blonde again though! =D

that shit makes girls instantly hideous to me. Good pictures, but she's just not attractive at all. And I'm a metalhead too, but fuck that shit.

well, i think she is gorgeous..
the only unattractive, moreso sad parts, are a. she is showing her nicest bits, the bits that are apparently the most appreciated, to alot of people. not that i am particularly offended by your photography at all, i find it quite tasteful what you post here, but generally speaking.. i find it interesting how a person who is willing to show themselves can get criticized for something that is a part of them.. if its all human and natural, the body brandishing, wouldnt what you chose to do with it be so, as well? and b. she has to wear alot of makeup to feel really pretty. not that i know the girl, but thats usually the reason makeup is worn.. i do my makeup pretty much the same. but also, i really, really like her hair. though it is not original, her hair is an expression of her current personality.. ive seen this girls hair change quite a bit. thats an awesome insight into a human psyche.
and if we are speaking labels here, (not that any particular label owns hairstyle, clothing, or makeup, though they seem to think so....) thats more a deathrock hairstyle than a metal hairstyle..
very different sounds.. so, if your a metal head and you hate this hair on this girl, thats probably one reason.
do you know what it means to a female in this society to shave parts of her head?
naturally its looked down upon by many, mostly males. you gotta respect her, for her so say, "yeah, but i dont fucking care.."
just sharing my thoughts about it... no malicious, anger feelings intended.. please dont think it that way..

oh yeah, as for actual constructive criticism, i think that the first shot - the angle her shoulders are portrayed in that simple angled jacket - makes it look somewhat more masculine.. her shoulders appear wider than her hips.
as for the other shots, she looks great.. though i do wish that in shot 4 her head was tilted upwards, not down.. i think it would accentuate her facial structure moreso, and show her eyebrows.
i know its all about the model, but i find that the backgrounds are waay too over exposed..
with the exception of 5 and 3.

Not to get political, but...

My statement about her hair in no way reflects upon her worth as a person, or makes any judgements about any message she is attempting to convey by her chosen hairstyle. I think you're reading too much into my comment.

I think that she's gorgeous, and I love her hair. I saw a couple at a Zola Jesus show in Buffalo earlier this week who had mohawks, and their hair was equally great. In fact, I took a shot of them. Maybe I'll post it here for comparison sometime.
