Hey guys, Just wondering if there's anyone else in the Louisville area that might be interested in meeting up and sharing some sites around town (and of course exploring).

For one I was just curious if there are any on here considering I haven't ran into any or seen any posts on here. Second of all, if you question my validity, ask seicer. I've explored with him.

You're the first I've heard of in Louisville. I'm in Northern KY near Cincinnati, OH.

There's more than just me, there's about 3-4 in my crew

There are next to no explorers in Kentucky, but quite a few in Indiana and Kentucky. FYI, Dante is not a cop.

Dante's cool. I explore with him all the time.

We're sorta like 7-Eleven. We're not always doing business, but we're always open. |

None in Ky but quite a few? The hell? For anyone curious about Eastern State in Lexington, they're about to demo the wing closest to Newtown (abatement is finished) but they found an unknown number of unmarked graves Monday/Tuesday & it will probably be put on hold although security will probably increase. Just a heads up.

I grew up in Louisville and go back to visit from time to time. Might be up for some exploring when I'm there. Unfortunately I don't have any locations to contribute, though, as it's been over 10 years since I spent more than a week in town.

Hey, I'm from Louisville, Ky. Though I'm away for college at the moment, when i get back for summer break I would love to meet up. Don't know any places, because I didn't start exploring until a month ago or so. So everything I have found has been around my campus.

Louisville is such an underrated mecca of industrial and urban relics of decades past, and I, as a Louisville native, am quite proud of what still stands here.

Most definatly me and Eschatonal explore on a mostly regular basis. I also host the http://louisvilleurbex.dyndns.org on my home server. Let me or Eschatonal know if/when you all are in town and we'll show ya around some of our places

FWIW the city's demolition budget is pretty much shot. They're only doing vacant houses on an "as needed" basis. Probably why that huge barn at the old Central State that was on the list for years suddenly burned down last year, it's cheaper!
