Finally got my springs in... and new trailing arm bushings. What an unholy whore of a job that was.

Smart ass! I actually scrolled all the way down just to read what you had to say! Okay, it took a while for the pictures to show up on my computer. Must be getting old.

Hahaha sorry about that... I should add that the springs gave the car a 2 1/2" drop.

Love the stance!! Is that an aftermarket clear front marker or OEM?

Thanks! I was really happy with the way it turned out... nice improvement in handling, too. Lenses are aftermarket. I have some for the rear too, but I thought they looked kinda funny so I left the red ones in. I think the front ones add to the looks of the car a bit, in a subtle way.

LOL @ bug humping what appears to be an old Ford Escort?
I love black bodies with clear lenses bandi. Yellow lens on black sticks out and looks fugly. most tail light lenses look okay because they are primarily red and white, except older cars that had yellow rear signal spots in the lens.

It was at the Minakers auto graveyard in Picton. Long gone, sadly. I think they were all cubed. http://www.flickr....mlg/tags/minakers/

Oooooh okay, I went there a few times years ago. Most of their stuff ended up at another classic car scrapyard in the county... cannot think of the name of it for the life of me, but it's run by the oldest mechanic still enrolled in the trade in Ontario. Very interesting old guy.
