The Dever State School

| hello!
I am very new to this site but not new to exploring. i recently finished my senior photographic thesis about the dever school and i am starting on a much more complex research project about the location. i absolutely love that place - but hate the people who sneak in and break windows and start fires. anyways i was just wondering if anyone has been there and if anyone has any stories they want to share about this location. i would love to hear about other people's experiences there as well as if anyone knows any history about the dever school. because it closed recently (2001), there is little historical record about the location (believe me i've checked). ok thats all for now! im so excited that this site exists for everyone to share a common passion in exploring and documenting those places that have been lost to the public eye but should be recorded for history's sake!
