Has anyone found any public religious responses out there yet to CERN's most recent breakthrough ?http://www.reuters...+US+%2F+Science%29
Should "Modern" religions be worried?

I haven't seen any religious responses, just a few nutjobs with pseudo-scientific fears.

I don't think religions have anything to worry about. They weren't shaken by the discovery of a round earth, a stationary sun, evolution, or DNA, so why would this be any different?

some say this could lead to the explanation of "The beginning".

Whatever the scientists find? God did it. Easy.

I don't think so, especially with physicists such as Henry Stapp working on research such as the "Compatibility of Contemporary Physical Theory with Personality Survival" and the like. Here's a link (in Word format):

Fascinating stuff, especially for believers in an "afterlife".
