Anathem, Neal Stephenson

So, I just read this, having not read much Neal Stephenson recently. Typical for Stephenson, it's long, with philosophical and technical turns.

The book ramps up slowly, and I found it far more engaging than some of his stuff. The latter half of the book, though, just kind of went off the rails for me, as if it was an idea half-formed.

Anyone else read this?
