Only iron needs paint. Aluminum doesn't need paint, so why spend the money on it?

Well, the way I see it, paint holds heat in. If you don't need it, why bother?

I do miss Ford Blue, though. At least you can still get it over the counter at the parts store.

...because it looks awesome... especially if the head/rocker cover is powdercoated.
