Just found this board and figured id post a hello thread! Been shooting since i was 8-9 and consider it a major hobby. I leave tomorrow night for frontsight academy down in Nevada for a 4 day defensive handgun class as well as a 30 state CCW class. Should be interesting, 1000rnds in 4 days, tire house simulations and the whole 9 yards. Ill let you guys know how it was when i get back in a week or so. As for weapons, ive got:
Got two of these babies, Ptr-91 in .308
Also got a milled norinco mac-90 with the thumbhole stock, Enfield no.4 Mk.1, Paraordance P-12, Ruger 22/45, Kimber Ultra carry II as well as some other assorted pieces here and there.

I just completed day 2 of 4 of the defensive handgun course down here at frontsight nevada. Talk about TOP NOTCH instruction and facilities. This place is unbelievable. In 2 days they have us doing controlled double taps to the chest of the target as well as controlled headshots with groups less than the size of a closed hand. The instructors are the best ive ever had the pleasure of learning from, period. If you carry, you need to get down here for a class. Check it out, www.frontsight.com

i went to a driving school by skip barber, at pia... 7 days of learing how to race. i would really like to go to a shooting school.

just got back from nevada yesterday. Spent a few days in vegas after  Frontsight was a hell of a trip, i would recommend it to anyone. I will be going back when i can afford it!
