Bought another Bimmer...

I'm thinking $300 was pretty legit. It's a '91 318i, M Tech BBS wheels, Z3 short shifter, white faced eBay gauges and projector/halo headlights.

Been parked in a barn for 4 years, but after a good cleanup she should be pretty.

Also came with 4 decent snow tires on steelies.

Sorry about the crappy pics, took them with my phone this morning.

i looked at one of this this past summer... it had a mysterious 'i don't run despite the 5ft list of parts put in me' problem. The guy also wanted an arm and a testicle for it despite the fact it wouldn't run. I was thinking of putting a small-block Chevrolet V8 in one just for the fuck of it.

I had brief thoughts of putting a 4.0 Jeep engine in one. Very brief.

I've seen one with a small block, it was fun. The 2.5 liter M20 inline 6 in the 325i makes about the same horsepower, if not more, and revs way more freely though. Plus weighs about a ton less. Less torque, but yeah...

Also, this one sits like a monster truck so it's going to need some nice coilovers.

The wheels alone make it worth it. Awesome. I'm dying for an E30.

Wow... $300?

If you want to see what can be done with an E30 check out this video, the guy stuffed an E60 V10 (500+ hp) into an E30 M3. It smokes EVERYTHING....

here he rapes a new GT3 RS in the straight line:

S50 is another option. It may not be a V10 but it's way cheaper, much easier and still fast as shit. Do a proper twin turbo setup and you're almost as fast as that V10.
