Was it antique or more recent? To me a car The Penguin would use would be something like the 1st Gen Toyota Crown RS
or maybe a 1936 Toyoda Model AA
or maybe one of these listed here http://www.tilt-ro...rip/Toyota/TAM.htm ?

LOL The ONLY thing I remember is the nauseatingly dragged out slow-motion chase scenes with the short bus in that mining area, done to make the movie longer or something. It was terrible and made little to no sense!

Awesome call on the DS especially. It doesn't just look sinister, it looks like it's got some snobbish superiority complex. One of my favourite cars... soooo advanced.
