What your car says about you

Here is a funny read.

http://autos.yahoo...ar-says-about-you/

Your car implies more about your life than you might think. While 13% of Chevy owners don't use the Web, by contrast, less than 3% of Honda owners remain in the technological Stone Age. The antithesis of flashy, Honda owners are usually pragmatic and well educated; 70% boast a college degree or higher, compared with 35% of Chevy owners and 45% of Ford owners.

HAHAHA im glad i own a VW and a 2 Nissan cars or else id be the Ford guy.

Ha! My neighbor is a graphic web designer who drives a Cobalt (Practical and less preachy than a Honda, plus he really only likes Chevys'.)

Of course my neighbor on the other side is a handyman with two Chevy vans who has never used a computer.

So if ya drive a Chevy or Ford then you actually work and if you drive a Honda ya tell folks who do the work, and have been doing it for years, a better way to do the work, even tho you have never actually done the work? Sounds about right. lol

I drive a Honda Passport. Its a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo that is made in Indiana along side Subaru Outbacks and is also shares parts with some GM cars. In other words, its confused about who it is.

What my car says about me.

http://www.askmen..../162b_car_tip.html

There comes a time when guys begin checking the morning paper for their own obituary. That’s about the time they fall into this category. It’s characterized by a few dominant facts: A) They’re driving a big car; B ) They can’t see over the dash -- hell, they can’t see much at all for that matter; C ) They can’t hear fellow drivers honking at them; and D) Even if they could, they wouldn’t give a damn and couldn't care less what they've done wrong. This is a momentous occasion. This marks the official entry into Nothing to Lose, the Later Years. Well, make that nothing to lose except the chance to get in on the Early Bird Special, which to the best of their recollection is why they’re driving in the first place. Godspeed, good eating and good luck is all we have to say.

*The rides: Buick Park Avenue, Cadillac DeVille, Lincoln Town Car, Ford Crown Victoria or the Mercury Grand Marquis.

*(All cars I've owned or currently do own.)

I drive two Chevys, use the Intardnet more than most anyone I know, have a degree, and I also think it's safe to say that I'm a lot more intelligent than almost all of the people with mismatched fender-laden Civics I bump into every day in my area.

The Mini thing is weird. I know most of the people who work at our local dealer and the tell me some horror stories about the broad wavelength of eccentric people who own them. They're cool little cars but a beeyotch to work on.

Ford Crown Victoria

I learned to drive on a police interceptor. I can parallel park a tank in DC now.

Edit: WITHOUT excessive property damage!

parallel park a Chevy Express 15 passenger 1-ton van in Burlington VT and them come talk to me about parking capability.
(Yeah, DC does suck.)
