If I may offer some constructive criticism on number 1...
The focus is off, the chair is in focus, yet the model is not. Also, back off a bit, and zoom in, so you're looking right at the model, not sort of angled down and wide.

thanks for the advice. the first pic was actually the first time i ever shot a model in an abandonment so i had no idea what i was doing. but ive def tried some new stuff. thanks for all the comments everyone
