Isn't that a mite loud in the cab? And get the wheel set that lets you go on the tracks!
Also a big center light up high ;)

Y'know, one of the ones that'll put the fear of god in someone a mile away at high noon.

The personal responsibility train left the station years ago, and you gave it the finger as you watched it leave.

Haha, you keep offering, but I never see any radio! I'd love an interior mounted radio system... it sure would beat my hand-held clipped to the sun-visor! Plus, with the backrack, I have an awesome place to mount antennas!

I haven't sounded this horn in this mount yet. I don't have an aircompressor/tank.... looking but they're damn expensive. Especially the specifications I'm looking for.

Yeah, I'd like to get a hi-rail setup too, but I'm not sure how much modification would have to be done for my truck. Too much, and too expensive, and I don't have any railroad track to run it on anyway (legally, at least! haha). But a light is do-able!

This ship horns are epic!

I don't know the lineage of my horn. I have a few theories of where it came from, but that's only based on paint colour and type of horn.

It's a Nathan Airchime K3HA, a commonly used horn in the USA.

Not even remotely. Bonus points for creativity... this is definitely a first that I've seen.

Hahaha. Well, I can't take credit for the idea! There's a fair sized community of people who mount railway horns on their vehicles.

I did design the bracket that fits onto my backrack though. Had it laser cut and bent at work:

Here's a video of my horn on my friend's car:

Hahaha...

You'd love my friend's '02 Cavalier sedan- 2" suspension lift, quad 7" Hella rally lights across the front bumper, 5 spoke OZ rally wheels, gutted interior and massive mudflaps. He kicks ass in rallycross in that thing.

I'll find you a nice VHF mobile radio and matching NMO mount antenna for your truck TRAINS. But you will pay for it ha.

I used to know a guy around my area who had a train horn on his Chevy Astro. Man, that thing was loud.

30 dollars for the VHF MaxTrac roughly; probably another 30 dollars for the NMO mag mount and antenna. I'll program it up for you.
