I did one on Sunday--6 mile canoe, 10k run, 18 mile bike. Meh. I like the payoff of running much better than the anti-climax of biking to the finish. My neighbor needed a partner so I did it, maybe I'll try it again but really it was just Ok. No real endorphin explosion like w/ a long run.
