Well, you said "Being dyslexic, I was only able to skim the pages for my eyes started glazing over."

If you get a chance to read the whole entry, you might uncover some information you were unaware of. I would not be knowledgeable of any facts I don't have, unless someone pointed them out to me or I came upon them through my own research.

I'll read it. It's just that, at several point my bullshit meter went off. Then, I lost concentration, I could not relate words with meaning, and they all just blurred.

This is where I will get metaphysical an you. I don't believe in time. I think time is a man made thing to cope with our limited consciousness. In my view all things exist at one single point. I cannot and will not pretend to know why we are manifest. But because we all exist at the same point, then all things are already known. It's just that our minds have a hard time getting in tune with the "All". This doesn't mean that all life is predetermined. Far from it. It's more like we have done everything. Sounds like madness. I know. But at least it is not the time cube.

Oh, and when someone says the the holy ghost told them something, how is that different than asking the "All"?

Nope, not madness, more like quantum physics and string theory and such. I have similar ideas to you regarding time.

I would say that a person being spoken to by a spirit without having asked for it to happen in any way is far different than someone actively seeking knowledge from or to be spoken to by whatever entity or spirit might be there.

What is the difference? Moreover, what makes you think that the saints didn't do that? Or even Jesus.

Now here is something interesting:

The Orisha faith believes in a Supreme Being, named Olodumare. Adherents of the religion appeal to specific manifestations of Olodumare in the form of the various Orishas.
