Actually, I was just testing this film and its pushing abilities. I like it. Also, I like the cats, though you can only really make out one.

Very nice indeed.

Hmm, looks like HP5 film, perhaps pushed a stop or so? I know *all* about this stuff.

I was going to say the exact same thing.

I can only tell, though, when the pictures are of cats.

You live in a land surrounded by koalas and kangaroos. I have no idea why you love pictures of my cats. They aren't as exciting as a cuddly as a koala.

Pictures of cats are all well and good, but the only good cats are indoor cats and dead cats. Cats exists to decimate wildlife, and drag half-formed baby endangered animals back to their owners' feet. Or at least, that's the case in Australia - it may not be so in other parts of the world where there is no wildlife left, because of the cats.

You're right, though, we do have a wide variety of birds:

A fascinating assortment of reptiles:

As well as the aforementioned marsupials:

But enough now about the monstrous lethality of those domesticated killing machines.

Can you tell which of those shots were film, and which were digital?

My cats are not of the indoor variety. They bring dead birds home all the time. In fact, they shame me, because they clean out nests. They bring home the featherless chicks and don't bother with the adults.

I just recall reading an article on an Australian island where they eradicated cats for the sake of the birds, but now the bunnies are out of control and destroyed the habitat. So, cats in moderation. Everything in moderation, as they say.

These were just emailed to me the other day. So cute. I want one in my backyard. They are cuter than all the raccoons I currently have.

I have no koalas in my backyard, just possums on my roof. I once had to pay a nice man to remove one from my ceiling, and relocate it to a nice new wooden home in one of my trees.

I was going to make a cat joke here, but the possums and cats really do fight, and it's an awful combination of hissing and wailing.
