My first abandonement
entry by That Old Janx Spirit

I think I was about 10 years old when I explored my first abandonment. It wasnt about UE then. It was just an abandoned house that myself and all the other kids in the neighborhood would go to because it was forbidden and we werent supposed to be there. I found it amazing though. Whenever I did go in I spent most of my time in the attic rummaging through all the stuff up there. There was so much crap that got left behind by the previous tenants. I was in heaven. After that I get a bit more ballzy and started going downtown and checking out old warehouses and pretty much anything I could get into. I am quite surprised I stayed out of as much trouble as I flirted with. I eventually got bored with school and started skipping. I would spend the day walking the train tracks looking for stuff to explore. On one hand I am glad that I got to know my city better and I had a hell of a lot of fun doing it. On the other hand I really effed up by missing that much school and I have seen that it has really affected me now as far as my ability to get a better job.

So the moral of the story is, stay in school and dont do drugs and shit.

Lol. Ty very much. I like yours too. As I am a lover of many hawks most of which involve hair.

Any man who can hitch the length and breadth of the galaxy, rough it, slum it, struggle against terrible odds, win through, and still know where his towel is, is clearly a man to be reckoned with.

"Ah, this is obviously some strange usage of the word 'safe' that I wasn't previously aware of."
