The how the Europeans see America one is odd. It makes Europeans out as ignorant, stupid and racist. I thought that was the stereotype for Americans not Europeans. I also don't understand why a continent would be pitted against a country. Why not North America vs Europe? I am really beginning to think that no European had anything to do with this.
Maybe the joke is that this is an American impression of the European impression of regions?
Regardless of the intentions, it is not funny.
