that guy is having an identity crisis... he's got Chrysler emblems on a Dodge Intrepid, which is SRT-nothing.

Talk about overcompensating!

Personally I enjoy the porthole stickers strategically angled on the hood. WICKED COOL!

Actually, now that I think of it, Chrysler did that with the Daytona and Laser out here, too... they were both sold under the Chrysler name where the Daytona was sold as a Dodge in the US. So we basically had two identical cars, being sold under the same marque, with different names.

(Although the DSM built Laser was sold as a Plymouth here...)

Down here, we had the Chrysler Laser and the Dodge Daytona.
The DSM cars were sold as (in marque order): Plymouth Laser, Eagle Talon and Mitsubishi Eclipse.

There's a PT Looser around here I have to take a pic, but it's uglier than that.

The WORST looking "modified" car I've ever seen in real life used to be in Campbellford... it was a '98 Crown Vic police interceptor, with fender flares from a conversion van, cowl induction hood scoop, hood pins with... get ready... skull shifter knobs threaded onto them, Centerline mags, dual fart cans and a wing that MAY have been a prop in the Fast and the Furious.

Oh, and a rice bowl sized tach on the dash.

I wish I had a pic... it was the epitome of tastelessness.

Over on a ham radio forum I frequent, there's a sub forum where we make fun of the hams who go too far by pretending they are some sort of law enforcement.

There's some good vehicle concoctions; such as my favorite of a Mercury Grand Marquis conversion to a CVPI and a Honda Civic PI.

On that note, there's a VW Golf around here that PROBABLY has 40-50 different antennas on it... I'm pretty sure he controls space ships with it.

The load of radio equipment bolted to the dash is incredible, and yes, he has amateur radio license plates on it.

There was talk about that car on the fourm in question and when I was last in Toronto, I saw it myself.

We poked fun at not the fact he has many antennas but the fact half of them are not on a permanent mount (NMO mount to be exact).

Washington and California actually have a clear exemption for Amateur Radio Operators actually in their cell phone laws.
