Completed Projects:

Sewer Drain Improvement Project

Project Progress:
The city of Phoenix Street Transportation Department has completed the installation of a new storm drain under Butler Drive between 15th Drive and 16th Avenue.



"The 2001 Arterial Street and Storm Drain Program provides for construction of 45.9 miles of arterial streets. An average of 9.2 miles per year will be built during the five years of the program with a combination of Arizona Highway User Revenue, 2001 Transportation Improvement Bonds, Federal Aide Funds, and contributions from other governmental agencies.

The storm drain program provides for the construction of several storm drain trunk lines, including miscellaneous local drainage improvements.

The following projects have been selected in Council District 5:
Storms Drains:

Bethany Home Road Outfall Channel
Estimated construction start date: Fiscal Year July 1, 2002-June 30, 2003 to July 1, 2005-June 30, 2006"
