Probably my favorite shot that i've taken, just wanted feedback on how to improve it/what others thought. All the people were watching some people putting on a show down in the fountain, which they do quite often in the winter, and there was a huge crowd, despite how cold it was.

Always interested in b/w shots, especially of groups, and especially especially of the sort you have here.
Might try dodging a bit in the lower right corner to bring out the crowd a bit.
